Creative scholarships are one of the fundamental objectives of the Foundation. They are provided to students of art and artists to promote their education, development and artistic activities. Students and artists can apply for creative scholarships at any time during the calendar year. Granting of a scholarship and its amount shall be decided by the Administrator of the Foundation, after approval by the Management Board of the Foundation.
